Spring is officially here, and April brings the perfect mix of sunshine, fresh allergies, and sweet relief from seasonal depression. Whether you're tackling some spring cleaning, enjoying the longer days, or just looking for an excuse to get outside, there’s plenty to love about this time of year.
Hope you have a chance to make the most of it—have a great month!
Cheers,
Andy

As we step into April, the Los Angeles real estate market remains strong, with home prices holding steady and signs of continued demand. The median list price has risen to $1,750,000, while the Market Action Index (MAI)—which measures supply and demand—remains at 38, the same as last month.

Here’s what that means:
-
Still a Seller’s Market – Inventory has increased to 1,572 homes, but there still aren’t enough listings to shift the market in favor of buyers.
-
Prices Holding Steady – While there hasn’t been much change in the last week, recent trends suggest upward pricing pressure could return soon.
-
What to Watch – The MAI is a key indicator of where prices might go next. If demand increases, we could see home prices rise even further.
For sellers, low inventory and steady demand make this a great time to list. For buyers, now’s a good opportunity to act before prices potentially climb again.
As always, I’m here to help you navigate the market and find the best opportunities!
