In all honesty, most realtors I know come off either overwhelmingly saccharin, or very abrasive. Andy is neither, and that's one of the main reasons I love working with him. He's honest, affable, and shows up every step of the way with an integrity that's worth noting. I got an amazing house in an area I didn't think I'd nearly be able to afford, not because I overbid by 20% over asking (I didn't), but because the listing agent loved the way Andy worked and knew we wouldn't be a headache like many of the other agents hounding him day and night while he was away on vacation. Andy's patient, relaxed, and respectful nature is the reason I'm in my incredible home today. I highly recommend Andy Dulman. He helped my daughter purchase her first home in North Hollywood during a very challenging time for house buyers. He guided her through making offers on 5 different houses. Each time he provided a market analysis to help her decide what to offer, gave his guidance, and supported her in what she felt most comfortable with making her final offer (all were multiple offer situations so she had to come back with "best and final" after her initial offer). He knows the entire area very well and guided her as to which areas would be the best for her to live in as well as be a good long term investment. She travels for work so when she was unable to attend open houses he would go for her and send her videos or video call with her to walk her through the houses. He was easy to reach and communicate with, he took care of things promptly, he was professional, and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
